SITUATIONAL JUDGEMENT TESTS (SJTs)
SHL publish a leading range of Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs). These come in three levels. Management Scenarios, Graduate Scenarios and Executive Scenarios. Each one is designed to assess managerial judgment. Ranking each response on a scale of appropriate to inappropriate. Thereby, helping to build an objective assessment of a participant’s outlook and values. They are usually completed with other psychometric tests. These may include the SHL OPQ32r, Hogan HPI and HDS personality assessment or The SHL Verify range of ability tests. These measure aptitude as well.
