A typical Executive Coaching Assignment
A senior manager had been promoted to general management level but had not received a great deal of mentoring and no executive coaching. Performance concerns around the transition had surfaced. This was centred on personal impact, enterprise leadership capability and strategic awareness.
The OPG’s Executive Coach worked with the participant to understand the issues and to identity change priorities. 360-degree feedback and psychometric assessment from The Occupational Psychology Group helped achieve this.
The ‘executive coaching’ contract between the participant and our executive coach facilitated a strong bond of trust and mutual empathy. This enabled both parties to work closely together to help the participant become more self-aware and, hence, develop their skills.
