Regular Assessment for a Major Teaching NHS Trust
A major teaching hospital wanted to retain a supplier of bespoke psychometric profiling and candidate feedback as part of their better hiring strategy.
They approached The OPG to provide this service for all appointments at grade 8a and above.
The OPG recommended the market leading OPQ32 with candidate feedback and bespoke reports written around Trust priorities.
The tailored reports addressed issues such as how a candidate leads, provides patient care, their thinking style and how they manage resources. The OPG consultant used the assessment data to feedback to the candidate using semi structured interviews. The resulting data was then written in a bespoke feedback report with interview questions designed for further probing.
The Trust received a bespoke candidate report which includes contextual data gathered from the candidate along with the psychometric information articulated in an easy to read feedback report.
As a result, The OPG are retained to provide assessment for all hires at grade 8a and above. The client feels the data supports second interviews and the areas to probe and interview questions provided by The OPG target areas to probe at interview objectively and accurately.
