A Finance Director Appointment for a Hospital Trust
The Situation:
A major regional NHS Foundation Trust had been going through a period of rapid change and had experienced a high turnover of Trust executives at a time when stability was sorely needed.
The Solution:
They had used The OPG in the past to assess senior executives and therefore, engaged with our business psychologists to assess the shortlist using a combination of personality and ability tests. This gave the consultant a robust set of data from which feedback interviews with candidates could take place. Bespoke feedback reports were then de-briefed with the Trust COO in a face to face meeting.
The Outcome:
Several shortlisted candidates were assessed and because of the assessment and feedback data a strong candidate emerged who was hired.
