Stress Management Training
 

This course is designed to:

Enable you to understand where stress comes from and what it looks like
Explain how to make connections between work place events and the effect they have on workplace wellbeing
Highlight your personal response to common workplace stressors and identify how stressors affect others
Teach Anti-stress skills to ensure your relationships support your wellbeing at work
Deliver helpful strategies, quick fixes and longer term solutions
Provide enabling strategies to fit the techniques into busy work and home schedules
Allow you to experience the art of relaxation, both in theory and in practice

Who should attend:
