The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) is a unique tool that explores an individual’s potential ‘Dark Side of Personality’. It is often their unique style under pressure that can derail leaders from achieving their full potential. Perfect for executive coaching and developing leaders, the HDS is described by the BPS as ‘a novel measure, which is designed to provide coverage of an important and under-explored domain, namely that of ‘dysfunctional dispositions’ as they operate in the normal population.’ Our two day conversion course is for practitioners who are already qualified to Level B Intermediate and wish to make use of this powerful assessment tool alongside of a measure of everyday personality.
