In conjunction with Ramsey Hall’s Board Practice, The OPG can assess the talent of your leaders against a practical leadership framework via structured competency interviews and rigorous psychometric assessment or 360° feedback data.

The data gathered can be used to assess leadership competence against leadership behaviours, and will often include emotional intelligence assessment which will help facilitate the performance management and improvement process. This information can also provide valuable input into succession planning and restructuring processes.
