Psychometric Assessment Research

The OPG team has been undertaking original research into the organisational use of psychometric assessment tools. Statistically validated strata samples of organisations of various sizes were invited to complete a survey on their use of psychometric assessment. At the last count, nearly 100 organisations have responded to our structured survey.
