BPS Level A Training in Occupational Testing

The Level A qualification is designed for those who need to purchase and administer ability and aptitude tests. The Level A qualification provides British Psychological Society (BPS) approval to administer and interpret a range of ability tests and questionnaires. A valuable addition to the capability of your HR function, this four day course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to assess the capabilities of your job applicants and employees in a systematic, constructive and objective way.

Our course qualifies participants for the BPS Level A Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing. This qualification is recognised by all the major test publishers and enables successful participants to purchase and use a wide range of ability tests. Attendance on day 1 of the course allows support staff to gain the necessary expertise to conduct test administration in line with BPS guidelines.
