Structured interviews have been found to be one of the most effective methods of predicting a candidate’s future performance in the role. During this course we will uncover the core skills associated with developing and implementing an effective structured interview. It will cover the fundamental competencies of the interviewer:

As well as discussions and activities throughout, the course will include practical sessions where participants will apply the theories covered in developing and conducting an interview.

This course is designed as an introduction or refresher course for anyone who is going to be involved in carrying out selection interviews. Whether a HR professional, consultant or line manager, the course will emphasise the practical skills involved in an effective selection interview.
