We use a range of market leading 360 degree feedback tools to assess competencies and behaviours that enable the participant to become aware of the perceptions of colleagues, subordinates, managers and customers.

Self awareness is a powerful personal development tool if feedback is presented in a meaningful and understandable way.  This is why we typically spend a significant amount of time with participants to gain their ‘buy in’ and agree realistic actions in order to achieve desired goals.
