The Occupational Psychology Group is known for its commercial and business orientated approach to assessment which clearly focuses on outputs and results.  Many of our clients have worked with us for a number of years because we develop bespoke assessments to meet specific client requirements, whether for ‘in house’ recruitment or management and organisational development.

Our award winning team of consultants and Chartered Occupational Psychologists have won recognition at each of the ‘SHL Partner of the Year’ awards since joining in 2008. In 2010 we were delighted to win ‘SHL Partner of the Year for 2010’.

In addition to SHL assessments we offer Hogan, MBTI and Talent Q assessments as well as a wide range of aptitude and situational judgement tests from the leading publishers. As partners of A&DC, we work in collaboration to provide the complete range of bespoke assessments.
